dogpeeingAs touched on in The Hill’s – Blog Briefing Room.  President Obama may be open to a newpaper bailout.   We can image how many conservatives will feel about such an action.   With the liberal leanings of so many of these companies, We’re  sure he will be under so much pressure to accommodate them.     The only need for such a bill would be to save our many pets the torture of having to being retrained to go outside more often.    As that is all most of them are good for these days, except for help getting politicians elected and socialist propaganda.   It’s all based on who owns the paper, the only way to tell who will when is when the dough is spread about.  Liberals claim they elect republican presidents and conservatives claim major newspapers do the same for the competition.

We have added a poll below for you to help express your opinion.

Obama open to newspaper bailout bill

By Michael O’Brien – 09/20/09 04:24 PM ET

The president said he is “happy to look at” bills before Congress that would give struggling news organizations tax breaks if they were to restructure as nonprofit businesses.

“I haven’t seen detailed proposals yet, but I’ll be happy to look at them,” Obama told the editors of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Toledo Blade in an interview.

Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) has introduced S. 673, the so-called “Newspaper Revitalization Act,” that would give outlets tax deals if they were to restructure as 501(c)(3) corporations. That bill has so far attracted one cosponsor, Cardin’s Maryland colleague Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D).

I have 2 newspapers delivered free. I didn’t ask for them or subscribe. They are delivered via the mail. I was so upset with them, over trying to persuade rural citizens to accept illegal aliens, and to make us ‘feel sorry’ for them, I called those newspapers and told them I do not want them anymore. It’s a sad day, when you don’t want a newspaper even when it’s free! Try getting into another country as an illegal alien. They do no put up with it.
And believe me, their prisons are not nearly as nice as ours. Let those that fail, fail. We drop subscriptions because we don’t like their biased, insulting propaganda. NO, it is not right for the American citizenry to have to pay more taxes to bailout insulting newspapers.

you know it’s hard to believe but by the poll numbers i beleive the dem’s and the republicans are both agreeing on something. I bet the they’d never admit it. Seems like they each hate select groups of papers. but are against a bailout. Wonder if Obama followers will stand up and fight it with the tea party members. ENOUGH SPENDING IS ENOUGH
